Africa Mum palava😂🤣

OK, so a close friend of mine came visiting two days and got a warm welcome😊 from my mum. She played all through the day with us and she ended up sleeping over. We chatted all night long because we’ve not seen each other for a long time now. At last we fell asleep😴😴 while gisting😁.

So the next morning I got up from bed and looked beside me, to my surprise my friend wasn’t there. I decided to get up and look for her In the living room , she wasn’t there too so I decided to check the kitchen where I found her and my mum chattering and laughing as if they were of the same age. It was amazing you know, cos my mum hardly laughs like this with my friends, and it made me curious to find out what was really going on.

“Good morning mum” I said while kneeling down, suddenly her smile formed into a bigger one, which was quite shocking. “Good morning the Queen of Africa” she said, “don’t you want to sleep some more; go back to sleep don’t worry I’ll bring your breakfast, what’s the time?!” this was when i realised it wasn’t just a smile it was sarcastic, it was fake!!!. “Mum actually I slept late yesterday that’s why I woke up late”.

“Well that’s not an excuse, your friend here has woken up as early as 5’o clock, and as far as I can remember you both slept at the same time”. my Mum went on and on about how my friend always wake up by 5 in the morning, and how lazy I am. She just went on comparing us, even after my friend left and she…………well you know the rest.

Lesson: Never bring a hardworking friend to the house or you’ll get compared to her for life😂😂🤣, am still in that mess; however if you bring a lazy friend home you’ll receive lectures for life 1000 ways to stay away from such friends. Am so confused who do I bring home, that’s just Africa homes for you. Please follow me up to know more about African homes and family display. Thanks😘😘
